Policies

Cancellations

  • Cancellation must be informed by text, calling, or direct messaging AT Least 24 hours before your appointment start time. This allows us time to fill the appointment.

  • A cancellation made less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service scheduled.

No Shows

  • When a no-show occurs, it prevents us from having the opportunity to fill the appointment. A no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.

Tardiness

  • Please let us know if you are running behind. A 15-minute grace period will be permitted. After your grace period is up, your appointment may be canceled and charged accordingly. Parking and traffic can be tricky, please plan accordingly.

Illness

  • If you are sick (allergies included) please reschedule your appointment. This also includes anyone in your household being sick. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you are canceling due to illness. If you come to your appointment sick we will politely ask you to leave and reschedule.
